One of the most crucial items in a Manager-Team Member relation is feedback. I have personally seen and experienced the power of feedback numerous times. I have been at both the sides of receiving and giving of feedback. So must be you too, sometime or the other on one of the sides of feedback as a kid-parent, manager-team member, teacher-student etc.
