Different Is Not Bad

Sometimes I find myself in situations where things don’t go the way I’m used to, and my immediate reaction is to label them as bad. Sometimes, I even get frustrated and behave differently, which I hate.

Occasionally, I manage to resist the urge to run away from the unfamiliar and temporarily embrace it, often due to external circumstances or necessity. Many of those times, I discover that the new approach is actually better than what I was accustomed to. Yet, despite this realization, I often revert to my old habits.

I’m making a conscious effort to remember those new experiences, focus on their benefits, and actively embrace change. It’s not easy, but I believe it’s essential for personal growth and becoming a better leader. Different is not bad—it’s often an opportunity to grow.
